How we compare and score

Every system is described with the same fields: type, deployment, company-size fit, segments, regional presence, 20 module areas, pricing model, implementation time, strengths, limitations and user ratings. Data comes from vendor websites, analyst and pricing research, review platforms (Capterra, G2, Software Advice) and press releases. Every vendor page lists its sources. Last checked 16 October 2026.

Module and add-on definitions, and what we check for each, are published in the Construction ERP Capability Framework.

The fit model

Rankings, best-fit comparisons and Find my ERP use one model with fixed weights. The six fit factors add up to 100 points, and a thin public review record deducts 2. No vendor pays for placement.

FactorPointsHow it is scored
Must-have modules & add-ons30Share of your required modules and add-ons covered natively or through the standard construction edition. Add-ons available only through a partner count half.
Company size20Full points for a stated size fit; 8 for one band away.
Regional presence15Full points where the vendor has confirmed customers, offices or partners in the region; 30% (4.5 points) where it has none, because a strong system can be implemented and supported remotely, especially in the cloud.
Scope15Full ERP needed: construction-native 15, ERP + add-on 11, PM layer 0. PM layer needed: PM 15, construction ERP 9, ERP + add-on 6.
Deployment8Meets your cloud or on-premise requirement.
Budget8Indicative tier at or below budget 8; one tier above 3.
Business type4Vendor serves your segment.
User evidence−2Deducted when a system has fewer than 10 public reviews or no ratings on Capterra, G2 or Software Advice, so no system reaches 100 on claims alone.

Ratings

We link each vendor's Capterra, G2 and Software Advice listings and show the rating and review count we saw. Fewer than 10 reviews is marked "Few public reviews". For broad suites, ratings often cover the whole product, not only the construction edition; the vendor page notes this.

Price tiers

The $ to $$$$ tier estimates licence plus implementation for a 100-user contractor from public pricing signals. Treat it as a filter, not a quote.
