Construction ERP pricing is rarely published. Below is every public signal we found, grouped by our indicative price tier. Tiers estimate licence plus implementation for a 100-user contractor.

• FirstBit Contracting ERP: Per user, by quote. No public prices.
• Odoo + construction apps: Per user/month, all apps included (roughly $25–60 by plan and region). Construction apps extra and need Odoo.sh or self-hosting.
• FOUNDATION: Quote only.
• Deltek ComputerEase: Basic licence from $5,000 one-time (Capterra).

$$ · Mid-market

• Procore: Annual fee per product based on Annual Construction Volume, unlimited users. Listed from about $10K/year; third-party reports $10K–60K+/year.
• 1C:ERP Construction Organization Management: Perpetual licences (base + users) sold through 1C partners. No public project price.
• NEVARIS Build + Finance: By quote.
• Acumatica Construction Edition: Priced by resources, unlimited users; about $1,800–5,000+/month plus partner fees.
• Sage Intacct Construction: Annual subscription by quote; estimated $18K–65K/year licensing plus $35K–280K implementation.

Rules of thumb

• Budget at least as much for implementation as for first-year licences on mid-market and enterprise systems.
